Nick Jaramillo

Nick was raised in Connecticut, where he grew up working in his family's business from a young age. That early, hands-on foundation shaped his instincts for operations and problem solving long before he made it a career. In 2010, he took on a more formal leadership role, relocating to New Jersey to run a second operation the family had acquired years earlier. He led that business until 2020, when he shifted his focus to real estate. In the spring of 2022, he moved again, this time to Maine.
Today, Nick serves as Director of Operations for DuBois Realty Group, working behind the scenes to keep the team running. From client communications and transaction support to systems, software, and web development, he's the one making sure the details are handled so agents can focus on their clients.
Outside of work, Nick is an accomplished photographer and FAA certified drone pilot with a passion for capturing wildlife and natural landscapes on Maine's nature trails. He's also a dedicated home renovator, gradually updating and improving his 1830s farmhouse in Monmouth one project at a time.
