A Year in Review: Highlights from 2025 and What’s Ahead

As 2025 winds down, we have been taking some time to reflect on what a meaningful year it has been, and it all comes back to one simple truth. We could not have done it without you!

This year brought plenty of change across the real estate industry. Nationwide, many agents stepped away, and others saw their business slow significantly. Here at the DuBois Realty Group, 2025 looked a little different, and we do not take that lightly. Thanks to the trust, referrals, and continued support of our clients and partners, our business grew by 20 percent.

That growth was not accidental. Behind the scenes, our team spent the year studying market trends, sharpening negotiation strategies, and working every angle to uncover opportunities for our clients. But no amount of preparation matters without the confidence you place in us. When you recommend us to a friend, call us back for your next move, or simply speak our name in a conversation, that trust means everything.

Beyond the transactions themselves, 2025 was filled with milestones we are incredibly proud of. This year, we helped well over one hundred and twenty individuals and families move confidently into their next chapter here in Maine. Along the way, we added new faces to our team and continued to strengthen relationships with local businesses we admire and respect.

Giving back continued to be a cornerstone of who we are. This year, we fulfilled our $25,000 dollar commitment to the Trinity Jubilee Soup Kitchen Capital Campaign. Through our Give Where You Live program, which donates $100 dollars from every closing to one of five local charities on behalf of our clients, our total community giving has now surpassed $220,000 dollars. Supporting the communities we live and work in is not an add on for us. It is part of the work.

As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited about what is next. More growth, deeper connections, and even better ways to serve our clients and our community.
